You may obtain benefits because you agree that the fees for your services will be charged by a wireline company („Affiliate“ affiliated with AT&T) or because you subscribe to certain services provided by an affiliate. If you cancel joint billing or affiliate service, your rates will be adjusted without notice to a rate for which you qualify. You can obtain usage information by calling the after-sales service or by using one of our automated systems. Prices/taxes/no progress: Prices do not include taxes, directory assistance, roaming, universal service charges and other surcharges. Last month`s fee is not prorated. Activation fee: An activation fee may be incurred for each new line. Nights and weekends: nights are from 9:00.m to 6:00.m. On weekends it is 21:00.m. Friday at 6 a.m.m. Monday (depending on the time of day at the location of the cell or switch that provides your service). Long distance calls can be made from all 50 United States to all 50 United States, Guam and the Northern Marianas.

Roaming charges are not due when roaming in the service area of the terrestrial networks of the 50 United States roaming. Services used outside the land borders of the United States may be charged 15.11 third parties. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement or its registered agreements, nothing shall be provided for or construed in this Agreement to confer on any person (other than the Parties) any rights, benefits or remedies of any kind or to justify any obligations or commitments of any Party to such person. 3. TV WITHOUT DATA ON AT&T MOBILITY NETWORK. If you are an AT&T Mobility customer or select an AT&T prepaid customer, we may offer promotions that allow you to watch certain or all of the app content on legitimate devices without using your AT&T Mobility or AT&T prepaid data volume („Data Free TV“). While we don`t expect this to happen, some ads may not be included in the Data Free TV and may be charged to your data volume. The following activities within the app may also be taken into account in your data supply: switching from Wi-Fi to mobile browsing or searching for content, displaying „settings“, downloading/updating the app (if via Wlan) or other activities within the app that do not involve streaming content.

To qualify for Data Free TV, you must subscribe to an AT&T Mobility postpaid data rate or a preferential prepaid data rate and not unsubscribe from Sponsored Data. Smart Limits™ and Connected Car data rate customers are currently not entitled to Data Free TV. Corporate Responsibility User (CRU) lines that come with a custom access point (APN) name are also excluded from Data Free TV. Data Free TV is unavailable in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, roaming in Mexico or Canada, or traveling abroad or abroad. To use Data Free TV when accessing the service through a mobile device, the operating version of your mobile device must be iOS 10.0 or Android OS 5.0 and above. The AT&T wireless data network is a common resource that manages AT&T for the benefit of all its customers, so they can enjoy a high-quality mobile broadband experience and a wide range of mobile internet services, applications and content. However, certain activities and uses of the network by a customer or a small group of customers may have a negative impact on the use and enjoyment of the network by others.
